Paul Heaney was trained in interior design and photography and has photographed and written about many restaurants throughout the UK over the years. He has now turned his extensive and valuable experience to restaurant consultancy. He covers menu and food quality and premises styling and aesthetics. The process includes a pre-arranged visit to premises with a basic photographic shoot record of visit, an audio report recorded at time of visit, a written report submitted within one week of visit, covering aspects needing attention along with suggestions (both written and visual), a subsequent follow-up visit within 3-6 months of initial visit which includes professional photography taken of finished project. Fees range from £300 for small premises up to £1,000 for larger venues.
