Launched in Autumn 2010, North West Caterer is an online newspaper serving the vibrant hospitality industry in the north west of England. It is published and edited by Julian Desser, a former newspaper journalist with local, regional and national titles as well as copywriter and media consultant for a wide range of corporate clients including luxury hotels and resorts in the UK and around the world. The areas they cover are Cumbria, Lancashire, Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire and the Isle of Man . . . hotels, restaurants, pubs, tourism attractions, contract caterers, food service companies, equipment and product suppliers etc. They count among their regular readers and subscribers many hospitality professionals including hoteliers, restaurateurs, chefs, catering supply companies, pub managers and operators throughout the north west and beyond.
